The bash of our summer is only a few days away. We’d love to see you there.  Have you grabbed your tickets yet?

We’re working on our set list and getting our gear in order: instruments, of course, and sleeping bags and pads, tents, bug spray, flashlights. I feel like I’m forgetting something, but food and beer are included.  Must be something else.  Most of us are heading out to the farm Friday night. We’ll temporarily claim a spot for King Fish Crow and friends.  So if you’re coming out, find us.  We may be down where we were last year by the shore of a small inlet.  The views are great.  The ground only slightly slopes.  If there is a breeze off the lake, the bugs aren’t too bad.

Writing and playing music is one of my favorite things. I always love sharing the stage with these guys, but this festival is something special for us and it’s really a treat.  We actually have some time to spend together which, believe it or not, doesn’t happen all that often outside of rehearsals and shows.  So I, for one, am looking forward to hanging with these guys for a couple days.  And Drew’s coming?! It’s going to be a great weekend.  We hope you can share it with us.

I’m hoping to get out on the paddle board Saturday. I didn’t take advantage of that last year.
