It was quite a weekend here in the bold north. Minneapolis was the center of the sporting world on a Sunday evening. I hear it was a good game.
In the Bunker, King Fish Crow has been recording rehearsals and focusing on our new material. Not glamourous at all. We’ve taken it slowly and deliberately for most of the winter. Now we’re looking to book some summer shows and bring a new set of songs to the stage.
Those new songs are our next album. We’re shooting for ten or eleven tracks and we just started looking into places to record. A revered place has been presented as an option. Is it that a sacred place has been divined? Has the sky opened? A river parted? It’s too early to tell. If we can somehow secure the logistical landscape it would certainly seem so. But these are bridges to be crossed.
